Accurately update the inventory management system with stock movement data, including incoming shipments, outgoing orders etc.
Ensure that stock levels in the system reflect the actual physical inventory.
2) Tracking, monitoring and filing documents.
Maintain a well-organized filing system for documents related to stock receipts, orders, returns, and adjustments.
Track and monitor document flow to ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
3) Handling administrative tasks.
Assist in generating reports, summaries, and analyses related to stock movement and inventory levels.
Help in coordinating communication between warehouse personnel and other departments.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and phone communication.
4) Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by superior. Qualifications
Proficient Computer Usage: Comfortable using computers for data entry, document management, and basic software applications.
Minimum SPM Level: Possess at least a secondary school education or its equivalent.
Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with colleagues and follow written instructions.
Minimum 2 Years Experience as Clerk: Demonstrated experience as a clerk, preferably in a warehouse or administrative setting, showcasing familiarity with clerical responsibilities and tasks.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document filing, data entry, and stock updates.
Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage documents, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude to work well within a team and assist others when needed.
