Duties & Responsibilities
General Duties:
Primarily responsible for all product development and project works related to control and electrical.
Responsible to program and configure controllers of the end products.
To prepare factory orders, EBOM and amendments in SAP system.
To provide IOM documentation for development and project works.
To provide FAT engineering for the Warranty and Service department.
To attend to the project site for technical support when necessary.
Any other relevant duties in line with the Electrical Engineering Department assigned by the Management.
The company may at any time, deemed necessary, add or amend any of these job responsibilities.
Daily or Weekly Duties:
To check and reply emails on time.
To program and configure controllers for new projects.
To develop new program or modify the existing program and simulate the programs.
To prepare electrical drawings, EBOM and send down to production for fabrication.
To provide IOM or related documents for projects.
To provide technical supports to relevant parties during products’ test and commissioning.
Senior Product Design & Development Engineer (1 position at Nilai Office)

Duties & Responsibilities
To design & develop air conditioner products such as packaged air conditioner, air handling units, fan coil units & etc as per customers’ specifications and requirement.
To review and process factory orders, amendments and ensure accuracy of documents and components selection send to production / material planner.
To prepare & ensure accuracy of Bill of Materials in SAP system.
To provide design requirement, components specification and liaise with sheet metal team on changes to design requirement by customers.
To prepare documentation such as Installation manual, certified drawing (2D & 3D), purchase parts specification (PPS), performance table & etc.
To coordinate with production and quality control department to ensure finished product quality.
To liaise with sales team and other relevant departments to ensure all the design meet customer requirement.
To liaise with purchasing and vendor on components and spare parts sourcing.
To support factory activities which include stock count, audit & etc.
To constantly update immediate superior on daily task progress.
Other tasks as and when assigned by superior (from time to time).
AutoCAD Drafter (1 position at Nilai Office)

Duties & Responsibilities
Using CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, to prepare technical drawings.
Working with engineers and other professionals to produce drawings that meet their specifications.
Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
Maintaining a library of standard drawing templates.
Updating existing drawings as new information becomes available.
To support factory activities which include stock count, audit & etc.
To constantly update immediate superior on daily task progress.
Other tasks as and when assigned by superior (from time to time).

Production Admin Officer (1 position at Nilai Office)

General Duties:
Determining the required materials and raising Purchase Requisition Note (PRN) to replenish the stock for production.
Ensuring consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
Tracking production volume, monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends using SAP System.
Plan and oversee the materials supply and delivery based on the Master Production Schedule.
Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations if required.
Generate Picklist for the Store to issue materials to the assembly line.
Daily or Weekly Duties:
Determine material needs for each factory order based on the mechanical bill of materials (BOM).
Ensure that materials are ordered and delivered in accordance with PRN.
Generating Picklist for the assembly line.
Plan delivery for motor (c/w blowers) based on the Production Schedule.
Plan miscellaneous supplies such as spray, welding wire, gas, and so on.
Plan ASME materials for the pressure vessel workshop.
Liaise with the Engineering Department for item change requests.
Record and keep track of the PRN (miscellaneous items) submitted to the Purchasing Department.
Liaise with Purchasing to rearrange the PO delivery date if required.
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualifications: Diploma
Minimum years of experience: 1-2 years

Sales & Application Engineer (1 position at Nilai Office)

Job Overview:
Provide sales support for export sales, including preparing quotations, technical data, and proposals for overseas inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Review customer specifications and develop complete technical and commercial proposals.
Ensure that product offerings and functionalities align with customer project requirements.
Respond to various technical questions related to products and system solutions.
Regularly contact key customers to develop and maintain relationships and follow up on leads.
Assist sales manager with presentations, proposals, and follow-up marketing activities.
Identify and develop potential new markets and opportunities.
Provide feedback and analysis on market competition, pricing, and competitor analysis.
Prepare weekly tracking reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to complete the sales process and documentation.
To do equipment and technical selection using software.
Adhere to all company processes and policies.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Excellent written and communication skills in English/ Mandarin.
Analytical thinker with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Strong technical background and the ability to discuss complex technical requirements with customers.
1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willing to be based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan (N.S.).
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday (alternate): 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
