Check Order Status

You can track the progress of your order by logging into your Smartech account and going to the Order History page. From there, you will see what stage your order is currently in.

Alternatively, you may enter your Order ID/ Quotation Reference No. and email address here to check your order status:

Order Statuses Explained

In the process of delivering your item(s) to you, your package goes through a series of stages.
Here is a quick guide to easily decode the order statuses you see when tracking your order.




This is the default status for every order that is made. This status means no invoice and shipments have been submitted.

Processing Order

We got your order! This means your order is essentially getting packed and prepared for shipment. The order is currently being fulfilled and can no longer be edited or cancelled.


We have packaged your items and have handed your package to our trusted carriers. This means your order has been scheduled for delivery and is on the way to you.


Package has been delivered successfully to the customer.

On Hold

This status indicates an order that has been paused for fulfillment. Generally, our sales team will email you regarding your order on hold.


If your order is showing as cancelled and you are unsure as to why, please check the email associated with your account. When orders are cancelled, we send emails informing customers why this happened. Be sure to check your Spam/Filter list as emails can sometimes be caught here.

Ready for Collection

This means your order is ready for self-collection at our factory address: Lot 16015, Jalan Nilam 3, Bandar Nilai Utama, 71800 Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Please make the collection within 14 days of being notified.


Customer has collected the package from the factory.
