• R407C water-cooled condensing unit with a capacity range of 11MBH to 195MBH.
• The matching indoor units can be selected from Smartech direct expansion fan coil units.
• The unit comes with either sealed-hermetic rotary type or scroll type compressor.
• The condenser is a shell-and-tubes type with removable water boxes for ease of maintenance.
• The unit comes with high and low pressure cut-offs to guard against compressor damage.
• Independent refrigerant circuit with suction and liquid access valves.
• Units are factory assembled, system pressure and leak tested, evacuated, dehydrated and pre-charged with refrigerant.
• Optional accessories such as DOL starter, auto-transformer starter, flow switch and condenser water regulating valve are available upon request.
• Suitable for outdoor or indoor “hide away” installation.
• Heavy gauge galvanized steel casing, coated with epoxy polyester paint, to enhance weatherability and corrosion resistance.

Nominal Cooling capacities are based on:
1) 80 °F DB/67 °F WB air on coil condition
2) Condenser entering water of 85 °F / condenser leaving water of 95 °F
3) EER are based on compressor kW input
