Shipping and Handling

At checkout, you may choose to have your goods delivered directly to your doorstep or self-collect from Smartech Nilai Factory.

Delivery Service

Our primary shipping partner is GDEX Express Courier. Smartech reserves the right to use any other suitable courier company depending on delivery location and order.

The delivery fee is fixed and is calculated by the size and weight of the product(s), plus the delivery location. All the delivery costs will be automatically calculated at checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs.

Please ensure that all the shipping information filled in at checkout is accurate and is deemed as your final confirmation. Changes of delivery address after purchase is not advisable. If you have given us an undeliverable address or incomplete contact information, resulting in the parcel to be rejected, Smartech will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. Additional delivery costs for resending the parcel will be borne by the Customer.

When your parcel is dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Once dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control. It will take 3-5 business days for deliveries to major cities and 7-10 business days for rural areas. Please note that couriers service does not operate and does not deliver on weekends, public holidays or at a specific time frame (example such as after 2pm, before 5pm and so on.) Customers may choose to liaise with the courier company in relation to the date and time of delivery.

If you need your order before a specific time or date and after all you might be unsure about an item arriving in time, please contact us or leave a remark at the checkout process so we can clearly see when the order is required for. We promise you to do our best to get your order our to you as fast as possible.

The rates quoted at checkout is estimated based on the actual weight of the package. Upon shipping, additional charges will be incurred if the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight of the package.

The calculation for volumetric weight is according to the following formula:-

(a) Domestic Destination: Volumetric weight (kg) = length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 6000.

In the event of dispute as to the calculation of the volumetric weight and/or the applicable rate, the customer agrees that the decision made by Smartech shall be final and binding.

Please note that there will be a RM150 shipping and handling charge for all orders below RM500.

If your total order weight exceeds 100kg, you are only allowed to request for a quotation in order for us to quote you a shipping and handling charge. If you do not hear back from our Sales team, please give us a call, and provide your quotation reference number.

International Shipping

If you want to place an order from outside Malaysia, please send an email to with the products you are interested in. All prices on the website are ex-works and does not include any customs and import charges, fumigation costs etc. Our Sales team aims to respond back to you within 3 working days.


You may choose to self-collect your order from Smartech Nilai Factory upon checkout.

Our factory address is Lot 16015, Jalan Nilam 3, Bandar Nilai Utama, 71800 Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

After creating your order, kindly wait for an email from Smartech notifying that your order is ready before going to collect it. Please make the collection within 14 days of being notified.

Whether picking up your order yourself or on behalf of someone else, you will need to bring:

The nominated name on the ‘Confirmation Order’ email must match the name on the photo ID.

You will be required to sign for your order on collection.

If you have nominated someone else other than yourself to pick up the order, we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.

Orders can only be collected during working hours on Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Self-collection is not available on weekends and public holidays.

If the finished goods remain uncollected after 30 days from agreed scheduled delivery date, Smartech shall impose a storage charge of 2% per 30 days period based on the Sales Price of the goods until collection takes place. Unless payment due is fully settled, if after 120 days, the said goods remain uncollected, Smartech shall reserve the right to dispose off the goods and treat the order as cancelled and the cancellation charges of 80% of sales value of goods shall be imposed.


The changes of delivery is not advisable. Please ensure all the delivery information filled in is accurate and deemed as your final confirmation. You may email and we will attempt to change the delivery address if it has not been passed on to the delivery agent.

This can be depending on the period of your purchase. For example, if you buy different product(s) on the same day, they may be delivered in a single time. And if you purchase them separately on the different days, then they will be delivered separately.

A re-delivery will be arranged at another time based the courier policy of the assigned agent.

If you combine your preorder items with items that are ready for delivery (ready stock), the entire order will only be shipped out when your preorder item is ready for shipment. As such, we recommend customers to place preorder items separately from ready for delivery items if you wish to receive the ready for delivery items first.
