Your Account

Shopping at Smartech Online Store is faster and more convenient when you have a Smartech account. When you are logged in, you can easily download Smartech brochures, maintain an address book, create wish lists, review your order history and/or quotations requested, and easily update billing and shipping information.

Create an Account

  • Access to product brochures for download.
  • Pricing discount for approved dealers and contractors.
  • Review of order history and/or quotations requested.

  1. Click on the icon or “Create an Account”.
  2. Click "Register” and fill out the prescribed fields accordingly. To qualify for dealer/ contractor pricing discount, please ensure you submit your business name card and email address.
  3. Once completed, we will send you an email confirmation when approved.
  4. Upon approval, you may login to your account to enjoy your benefits.

  • Once you’ve logged in to your Smartech account, click on the icon which will lead you to My Account and select Brochure Downloads. Please note that only approved members with a valid business email address and business name card can view the brochures.

  • If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here with the email address you have signed up with.

 

Pricing Discounts for Dealers and Contractors

 

  • Discount is only valid upon logging in or verifying as a Smartech member (refer above on how to register for a Smartech Account). Do note that pricing discount will only show after signing in.

  • Yes. However, pricing discount is only applicable on qualifying orders above RM500.00.

 

Ordering and Payment

 

  1. Go to a product you are interested and click “Add to Cart”.
  2. Once you have selected all the items you would like to purchase, click on the Shopping Cart icon to review your order and proceed to checkout.
  3. Fill in your required information for user and shipping details.
  4. Select payment methods and fill in required information.
  5. Once payment is done, confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
  6. Shipping progress can be tracked via your Smartech Account or here.

  2. Click on the Shopping Cart icon to review your order and proceed to checkout.
  3. Fill in your required information for user and shipping details.
  4. Click on request quotation. Please note that this feature is only applicable for orders with total weight above 100kg (in order for us to quote you a shipping and handling charge) and for orders above RM20,000.

  • For Smartech members, all orders can be tracked under My Account page. Please log in to your account and select “Order History”.
  • If you checked out as a guest, click on the icon and go to “Check Order Status”. Please ensure you enter your Order ID/ Quotation Reference No. and billing email address.

  • Yes, all prices displayed are inclusive sales and services tax. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout page. Please note that there will be a RM150 shipping and handling charge for all orders below RM500. Refer to Shipping and Handling policy.

In order to checkout your cart, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for each product has been fulfilled.
  • Total order weight is less than 100kg.
  • Total order value is below RM20,000.
  • Tick the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Please click on Request Quotation for orders with total weight above 100kg (in order for us to quote you a shipping and handling charge) and for orders above RM20,000. If you do not hear back from our Sales team, please give us a call, and provide your quotation reference number.

For orders above RM20,000.00, Customer shall make 30% down-payment upon Order Confirmation and balance 70% shall be paid by Cash or Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit at Sight, to be issued at least 4 weeks before completion date of production or date of ex-factory delivery unless mutually agreed between Customer and Smartech in writing or agreement. Please further refer to clause 6 Payment in Conditions of Sale.

  • All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your junk email or spam folder. Alternatively, log in to your Smartech Account to check your order summary.

  • Your order will be processed, and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For Self-Collect option, kindly wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready for pick up. More information on Shipping and Handling here.

  • Unfortunately, you are unable to amend your orders once order has been placed. For preorder or customized products, we may be able to amend your order if it has not filtered too far. Please submit an email request to sales@smart-hvac.com.my with your order confirmation number.

  • If the product(s) is temporarily not available, we will provide the next earliest availability and delivery date or alternate product(s) model. Should the options offered deemed as not suitable, we reserve the rights to cancel the order and refund the full amount of your purchase.
